Express delivery:
Delivery takes 2-3 working days, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.
We offer free express delivery for all orders over €800.
Shipping cost:
Order amount up to 300 euros - 20 euros.
The amount of the order from 300 to 500 euros is 15 euros.
The amount of the order from 500 to 800 euros is 10 euros.
* All deliveries in Ukraine are free.
We entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers such as DHL (for international shipments) and Nova Poshta (for domestic shipments).
Please note that the prices do not include international taxes and customs duties, your delivery may require additional costs, depending on the laws of the destination country.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. In case of any changes, our sales department will contact you.
We cannot give an exact time for your delivery, only possible times and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way.
In accordance with international laws governing import and export trade and commerce, all sadowskaya.com orders are shipped from Dnipro, Ukraine (non-EU countries) - with an official invoice indicating the exact amount of goods purchased.
If your order is taking longer than expected or you want to know when it will be delivered, you can check its progress using the tracking information sent in your order confirmation email.
Basically, best-selling products will be produced according to the individual measurements of the client.

We offer a full refund or exchange for a different size if the unwanted item is dispatched / postmarked within 14 days of delivery to you.
Return service:
To return your items, you need to perform several steps:
To initiate a return, you should write to us at designermilasadowskaya@gmail.com and get the DHL documents from us.
Visit the DHL website and enter the invoice number.
Pack your items with the label on the box.
Please note that this service costs €20 from the refund amount.
Return Policy:
To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with original tags and packaging and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging accompanying the product must be included and returned in its original condition. Items returned with damage cannot be accepted and may be sent back to the buyer.
In cases not provided for in this Delivery and Return Policy, issues are resolved individually through negotiations between the parties.
